Las Lajitas Operations

In the early years of 3P Mineral Holdings Ltd., eyes were set on Northern Argentina as the terrain, history and weather conditions typically provide a strong basis for precious metals mining. In a joint venture with an exploration team based in the region, surveys of the Salta region began in late 2009 with extraction beginning in early 2011 at Las Lajitas.

In 2018, high-grade Platinum deposits were discovered in the eastern corner of the site, which launched a new sector for the corporation.

Since the inaugural operation in Las Lajitas, 3P Minerals launched 6 more operations in the Salta region, four of which are still in operation today.
